I had some issue early on in my lease. Some of the my issue were resolved and some were not. My main problem is with the office manager. This women is off her rocker and treats you as if you are beneath her. It's a nice place to live as long as you have no problems or deal with the office manager. She wants your money and can care less about the residents and their problems. As for the maintenance crew they are very sweet and have never encountered a problem with service or manners.

Yeah, that woman is crazy. I used to like living here until she came around. Now she wants me to get rid of my dog, and repay about 3 different things that have already been paid.

Management cares about the residents, however, we have a job to do and personal feelings can't get involved. Unfortunately, if rent is paid late or one does not follow rules & regulations then actions have to be taken. Those who follow the rules and pay on time usually don't write remarks such as these.
