Seriously, this was a great place to live. Decently priced, and had great office staff. But since the new woman in the office started, it's been hell. You can't get any maintenance done on your apartment unless you talk directly to that staff, because she'll never give your information to them. She tries to recharge you for things you've already paid, and if you can't come up with proof from 2 years ago that you gave them a money order she'll threaten to have you evicted. She also goes over the other office staffs word, so if you deal with one of the better girls, you better make sure they're the ones working when you go back in there.

So, it went from a great place, to a rather ------ place, because of one staff member

Individuals who write the majority of bad things about the property are usually the very ones that don't pay rent or try to sneak pets in without paying the required fees and/or pet rent. We are very proud of our maintenance team....ALL work orders are given to maintenance and they usually get the problem taken care of that same day!!

I don't understand what jazzy1975 is talking about regarding the maintenance team. Anytime I've made a request, it has either been taken care of the day I call in, and if not, the very next day. You really don't even have to deal with the rental office workers if you pay your rent. Why else would you have dealings with them?!?!? Drop your check off and go...see, that's easy!
