and if I wasn't signed into this contract I would leave if anyone knows a way to break a rental contract and not have to pay let me know PLEASE I hate the management and her little sidekick. Nothing works and this is the worst experiance I have ever had in my life. Do not sign that contract..

LOL!!!! I like the response to that stupid rating. Seriously, what doesn't work in the apartment???? Maintenance fixes anything and everything wrong in the apartment complex. My opinion is that whoever can't pay their rent tries to bash the entire apartment community. That's so immature.

As a potential renter, it bothers me that the responses to all complaints appear to be coming from either office staff or management. It that's the case, I would agree that they have a serious problem with respecting tenants and very poor communication skills & attitudes (middle school mentatlity comes to mind).
I won't be by to take a look!!
