I've lived here for almost a year and it has been nothing but pleasant. The floor plans are spacious for the amount of rent you pay to live in the area. Maintenance is on point with responding to requests. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Of course there could be improvements such as the balconies and exterior but I believe they have plans to upgrade the property in the near future. Seriously, the ratings from those who claim to hate the office staff are the ones who are continously delinquent on paying their rent, because why else would you even have to deal with them for them to be nasty towards you' You don't! Nice community...potential renters should check it out for themselves instead of reading ignorant responses from non-payers.
