This place is absolutely terrible! The location is great and we love being on the water, but the staff lies about EVERYTHING. They tow vehicles and do not tell you. When were were trying to look somewhere for an apartment, we were denied because the property manager LIED AND SAID WE WERE LATE ON RENT 3 TIMES. Appliances are old, and they do not upkeep the apartments very well. They do not know how to turn over an apartment either.

Who are you trying to fool - you were late three times - you had illegal tags on your car and tried to keep swithing them and were a real pain in the butt here and the place you lived at prior to here...good luck finding a new place!!

I'm a resident here, I've lived at 4 other apartment communities besides Wilde Lake; Wilde Lake is a tremendous community....extremely safe because we have a staff who watches our community for illegal stuff. We have no crime and a high quality of people living here....Thanks to our manager.....Great Job! I've lived here 3 years and have no plans to move. Susan H.

You must be gone now because I don't see you playing musical tags with your broken down vehicles. It's a good thing, too, because relaxing by the pool will be pleasant without you around! Kudo's to whoever made you move out!
