I have been at Wilde Lake for almost a year...what a find. I think the apartments are great-I really like the openness of the kitchen, dining area and living room. I have a one bedroom/one bath with a den. I love this floor plan. The rent is good as well. What really sold me on these apartments, however, was the staff. They are the most down to earth and friendliest people. Sherri is who I spoke with when initially looking for an apartment. She listened to my concerns and if I hadn't thought of something she did. I would recommend this complex to everyone.

Wait till you live here a while before you write rosy reviews of a place you live. Wait until things start to go wrong in your apt and you have to deal with management more than you like and then write a complete review. Remember apartment managers are salespersons and they want you hooked to complete a lease.

I have lived in two other West End Richmond apartment complexes. I think this one is the best. Management wants you to complete your lease but they also want to have great tennants that stick around. I think management is great here. They show concern. More than I can say for the other two places.
