I have lived here for a year, and when I first moved in I thought the place was pretty great. In the course of a year though, the staff in the leasing office has changed completely. The agent that was here when I moved in was great, but the newer agents are not friendly or welcoming at all. I am sure if you are looking to lease they will be great to you, but once you are a resident, they are very cold and act put out when you have questions or issues.

If you can live here and avoid the office staff, you should be ok. The maintenance team on the other hand is GREAT. They do things quickly and efficiently and are one of the best maintenance teams I have seen in an apartment complex. Even though all the other staff changed over the last year, the maintenance team has stayed consistent and is great.

The only other problem you may have is if you happen to have a unit near loud people. The staff does not seem to do much for noise, as they seem to just not care about things such as that. For the most part it is a very quiet community, but if you happen to be above or below loud people, you may be out of luck.

The woman manager must be a loser relative of the owners or something. I have met her. I could not have her working for any properties that I own. Being strict and professional is one thing, but she excessive and rude...the owners would do a ton better if they quit spending money on the fancy flags and signs out front and just gave this woman walking papers.
