I have been living here for over a year and the office staff has taken a turn for the better! The new staff is helpful, quick & friendly! My apartment is wonderful; the view is amazing and the maintenance team is on point! Wilde Lake is safe & quiet; with the on-site police officers I've never had any problems! The specials are great and the amenities are amazing!

Sounds just like what an apartment staffer would say!!! For the first year "special rent rate", I will not complain. I would not pay over $700 on one of their 2br. Sure the staff, as a whole is friendly. Problem being, the woman that runs the show out there is rude, unfair, and tripolar!! Unless you have a personal tie to her, she will stick it to you every chance she gets. Event the other employees out there hate her. One would think that a person of her work ethic would actually help provide a better living environment. Wrong...upon moving in our apartment looked like the previous tenants had moved out the night before!!! Nothing was clean. There was literly urin all over the base of the toilet, trash kicked around the kitchen, smoked stained walls, and on and on and on. She didn't see any problem. Dog crap everywhere outside. Nice retention pond though, but if you want a nice lake, spend $35 and go to a real lake. You feel like a visiter that has overstayed your welcome when you rent here. Just read the other reviews....

Puffin27 must be smoking dope..oh yeah that would qualify her to work in the office. No resident would have ever written that review.
