I am writting this because i dont want poor people to get ripped off by staying here.

Manager - natalie is for sure have a criminal background.. She is succchhh a b***ch that you will be sorry for yourself that you have to talk to her....
she will not let a single chance to humiliate you and to harass you if you have any problem.... She will try to increase the rent every month.. she will not give you your deposit.. she can even shout at you.... she herself always consumes alchohol on the pool and on the lake...
There are bugs/cockroaches, the appliances are all faulty... apartment is never clean....and what not!!! It is not safe.. we have heard gun shots..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT.. Anybody who has written good thing is surely from management... so go to any other apartment BUT NOT TO THE WILDE LAKE

I agree with everything this person said. If you are on a budget though, they do usually do give a first year promotional rate, but after your year is up, get out!!!

Nice job tole you hit the nail on the head. Look for the managers broom outside the front door then you will know she is in the office.

i second tole and i agree with talbott too.. sometimes you can even see a shadow of the pointed hat. this is definately the saddest place to live in no matter what specials/low rates they offer. keep out people

Since we are ranting on management I will add my 2 sense.....she is not nice, doesn't really care if something is wrong....unless it is bothering her. This place is out to nickel and dime you in any fashion possible. Lots of vacant apartments and they wonder why they can't rent them even for dirt cheap.............we still have so many items on our move in inspection sheet of things that were "wrong" and they still have yet to be completed. I guess all in all the manager is uneducated (all memos and notices are spelled wrong and have tons of misgrammer-but I am just being nit picky there) and has the personality of a rock. She pretends (and it is very clear she is pretending) to be nice in the beginning and then you will find out as we did about 15 minutes into your move in what kind of pointed hat, broom riding.....lady.....for respect of the website she really is. I would def. not rent here again. I would live off of ice cubes to save the money to pay a little more in rent each month. This is my 5th apt complex ever lived in and never in my life have I experienced such. Its a pity too because it is in a great location on a lake (only dirty around where the apartments are-mind you-good schools-great shopping, but it just has not been kept up like it should have. Its a shame.
