Increased rent for what''

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I have been living here for going on 3 years. Me and my roommate renewed our lease at $50 more. This year they raised the rent but $70. In the past year, the only new equipment I have notices is a 13 in. television in the pool room which doesn't work. You are obligated the get carpets clean whether it need it or not. It's a decent place to live but not for a long period of time.
