Lived here for going on 3 years. Every year there has been an increase in the rent with no reasonable explanation. The turnover in the office staff and the maintenance is unbelievable and they will steal from you in a minute. They have no clue as how to do any maintenance and they all treat each other like ----. The apartment community has gone to hell in a hand basket and the office staff (if you can call them that) are very ignorant and rude and will stab you in the back once you leave. Take a walk down to the pool and you will see them together smoking cigarettes and drinking at the pool ( keep in mind that there is no alcohol allowed at the pool)

Has the apartment manager not opened her eyes and smelled the coffee' We broke our lease because she doesn't take anything seriously. We complained to her about several things and what did we get.....NOTHING!

It will be worth your while to rent somewhere else even if you have to pay a little mor

Mine: with all the experienced & well-qualified people out there looking for work, if Lerner Corp. can't find a better, more responsible manager than this to run their property, they must not be looking at all. Or care.
