I have had nothing but trouble since moving to Wilde Lake a year ago. All of my major appliances, the sink, and the air conditioner have had to be repaired, many due to major leaks. I had a terrible bug infestation for several months: spiders, beetles, centipedes, you name it. I had to persistently call for pest control, and it took maybe about 5 visits for the problem to be resolved. Granted, I live on the first floor; however, I have a piano and therefore have always lived in first-floor apartments, and I've never had a problem to this degree anywhere else. Management was not helpful in dealing with this situation, and I had to call back on several different occasions before someone would actually pick up the phone or take my complaints seriously. Don't expect to have phone calls returned. Overall, I wish that I'd rented somewhere else... this place isn't worth the $!
