This place is old, getting filthier by the day and awful. What they offer in terms of a good rent, they will make up by charging the sky when you move. The less said about maintenance, the better. The manager is nothing short of rude and never keep her word. The office staff is usually never at office and you probably need to park yourself there in case you want help. be prepared to camp out. All appliances and carpets are old. Stay off!!

I totally agree! I just moved out of this place last month and am thinking about taking legal action. I requested a walk through before we turned in our keys and ------- refused to schedule an appointment because she was "busy." She agreed to give me 24 hours to fix anything she found. I never heard from her, until last week when i recieved a bill for almost $1,000 in the mail!!! Things on this bill included dirty appliances, kitchen, cabinets, bathroom, carpet etc! This is ridiculous! I have been trying to contact ------- since I received this bill and big surprise......nobody's answered the phone or returned any of my messages!!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! THEY WILL GET YOU WITH FINES WHEN YOU MOVE OUT!!! THE ONLY REASON MY NEIGHBOR LEFT WITHOUT FINES IS BECAUSE THEY GAVE HER A BOTTLE OF LIQUOR AT THE WALK THROUGH!!!!!

I looked into moving there, but everytime I went, they were ALWAYS out to lunch. Who takes a 3-4 hour lunch break?!? The lady I talked to when I did finally, by chance, get in was rude and seemed bothered by her job. I told her if she didnt like what she did then go work somewhere else but dont be a ----- to me because I wont put up with it. That seemed to shut her up.
