I have been living here for going on three years now. When I first moved in, in 2006 the office manager ----- was ok to deal with. However the new manager there, ------- is a complete nightmare. She will lie right to your face and will do anything she can to avoid major issues as well as avoid your calls. I have had her raise her voice to me on more than one occasion as well as use profanity. ------- often has the office windows open and you can hear her and the rest of the office staff cursing and acting very unprofessional, talking about residents and making fun of them, discussing things of a sexual nature, and screaming across the parking lot at each other. The office staff and ------- sit at the pool, smoke ciggeretts and drink alchohol until all hours of the day and night. I have been in the office before in the middle of the day and have seen and smelt alcohol on -------s breath. I think that Lerner deffinatly made a change for the worse!

As far as the maintenance staff, in 2006 and the beging of 2007, it was horrible. Nothing ever got repaired and if it was repaired, it was not done correctly and maintenance had to be called back 2-3 times. The middle of 2007 ----- hired an all new maintenance staff. She hired a woman to supervise maintenance and a younger guy to help her. From the time they started on the property the place was on an up slide. Things were getting repaired correctly the first time, the lighting in the parking areas always worked, you could count on them if they made any promises on repair time frames and the grounds and landscaping really improved. Now you will turn blue and die, holding your breath thinking that your repairs will get done in a timley manner or repaired correctly for that matter.

With the changing of managers in the beging of 2008, the new manager ------- seemed to put a hault on all the improvements the maintenance staff had made. This really upset me because I was finally proud to tell my friends and relatives where I lived and invited them over regularly. Ultimatly ------- ran off both of them and since the place has gone to heck in a handbasket. The grounds look horriable and nothing is getting repaired or done right.

I whave contacted Lerner and the area manager -------- previously and nothing is being done about anything. It is like Lerner would rather keep ------- and lose residents than step up and address the real problem.

I will NOT be renewing my lease and will make sure all friends and family stay clear of this place.

You are absoultely right about everything you wrote. ------- has a criminal background and she still tries to rob the residents with thier deposits and rents. I have no words to describe my experience. If somebody decides to file a lawsuit please count on me for any help they need against ------- and against the wilde lake aprtments.
