I have stayed here for 6 months and it was a total total nightmare.
The apartment manager-------- on the very first day when I was reading the lease aggreement and asking few questions, said "DONT COME TO STAY IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT THE LEASE TERMS" that is the welcome you will get... After that it was just a total nightmare...
I havent seen a person like-------- who has a criminal background being a manager of the apart community.
She is a b***ch.. She is so rude that she will even shout at you for no reason. She will try to rob you with your rent, with your deposit.. with almost everything..
She is drinking alchohol and smoking cigrettes all the time at the pool and at the office. She will not care about any complaints and will lie on your face.
e.g when i was complaining about my AC for the third time she told me i am complaining for the first time..
1. Apartment is dirty with dog ----
2. Apartment units are old and full of bugs and cockroaches.
3. Also ppl are not very nice and it is not safe and i have heard gun shots once...
Apartment manager is such a bad ladty that you dont want to see her face again.
I have seen she and her staff make fun of the residents on thier back and laugh at them when they walk into the office.
I SEE ALL THE PPL FRUSTRATED AND WANTING TO GET OUT OF IT. IF SOMEBODY IS FILLING A LAWSUIT AGAINST HER HARRASSMENT I AM THERE TO SUPPORT WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE. ALL RESIDENTS TOGETHER SHOULD TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HER.
If you are thinking about it, pls take my word and DONT stay her. There are lots of nice apartments around.. stay anywhere but dont stay here at wilde lake.. If you do you will be very sorry about it.

my husband and i are thinking about taking legal action because she denied our walk through request and is charging us $830 to replace the carpets -- saying they had holes in them and were ruined! The carpets were old when we moved in and we even took it upon ourselves to have the carpet shampooed 3 times throughout the year and they were still old looking!!-------- IS A CROOK!! PLEASE DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!
