DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS. Owners do not care that drugs are rampant in their apartments, nor if owners host loud dinking parties. Move in if you really want your children or yourself living in a drug-filled environment where your neighbor could be keeping you late up at night doing something that teenagers do.

I am surprised at this review. I lived at Williamsburg Park apartments for nearly 3 years and had no problems with drugs or excessively noisy neighbors. Admittedly, during the summer, my neighbors would gather on their steps but it would never create a problem and they were all very friendly. I guess different experiences for different persons.
