The apartment has roaches and they charge tenants to pay for the pest control.
They charge everything even though the apartment was dirty when we moved in.

Unjustly tries to charge you after you move out. I moved out and left everything sparkling clean. Before moving out, I asked for inspection. Manager found spots in the closet on the carpet and wanted to charge me over $500 for it. I was able to easily wash away the spots and showed it again.
