Great Location - I lived at Creek's Edge for a short time period, but liked it very much. The shopping and restaurants at the fashion park were great and convenient. No Good location does not make up for the really poor management. The lease terms are not flexible. They will not help you find a prospective tenant if you need to leave before lease is up. New construction resulted in damage to our personal property and they gave us the run around for 4 months.

Loud You can hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing. They could drop a pencil and you would hear it. These apartments are not insulated at all. When your neighbors come in late at night you can hear them opening their closet doors, opening their dresser drawers, etc.
