Roaches & bad quality apts We lived here for 7 months frm Jul-08 till Jan-09 in Bldg 19. Mngt was not very friendly but OK. The worst problem was due to roaches. We saw them frm day 1. Even if we kept out apt clean, they migrated from the neighbors. The mngt did come to spray but it was useless

Outrageous Bill after move out The apts are upgraded and nice, but the move out bill was outrageous. There were couple of stains on the carpet and I cleaned it off too, for that they charged a whole $600 for carpet replacement.
