Unjustly tries to charge you after you move out. I moved out and left everything sparkling clean. Before moving out, I asked for inspection. Manager found spots in the closet on the carpet and wanted to charge me over $500 for it. I was able to easily wash away the spots and showed it again.

Nice neighborhood Safe neighborhood; kids even play out in the middle of the street. Landscapers come every Monday to trim hedges
