I've been here for a little while, and I haven't been disappointed. It is a great value for what you pay. The apartments are roomy, clean, and pretty well maintained.

Parking: I've never had any trouble parking at my apartment building. There is alway one or two spots open even on crowded days. I even have 2 vehicles. It's not roadside parking either, so you don't have to worry about being hit by the other cars.

Noise:
I live right next door to the elementary school, but I haven't had any problem with noise. My neighbors are either very quiet or the walls block out a lot of sound. I live on the third floor, so I am concerned that sometimes I am bothering the people below me by walking around because the floor boards do squeek quite a bit in a few places.

Grounds:
It seems like the apartment crew is always out keeping the grounds looking nice. The grass seems to always be mowed. People living here seem to generally be good at picking up after their dogs too.

Safety:
I've always felt safe. I've never had any problems with anyone at the complex.

Construction:
These building are a little bit older. During the winter they do insulate the heat very well, but during the summer it may take awhile for the air conditioner to cool off the place. Some of the fixtures could of been installed a little better. The wall fixtures should of been screwed in with wall anchors. My shower's lever handle breaks off probably about every 6 months :) But maintaince replaces it in about 15 minutes. The balcony is a little smaller than most other apartments.

Maintenance:
Whenever I've called them, they've responded in minutes. They've fixed my shower lever, and a leak under my sink.

Staff:
They are very nice, and will answer all your questions, but usually don't initiate converstaion. I've passed by some of the staff several times without even a 'hello'.

Overall:
So far I've enjoyed my time here. It does feel like home to me. I can relax and feel safe. The only problem is with some of the construction. I would recommend this apartment to anyone else. It's a good value.
