Very nice layout, but...

I lived at Bent Tree for 18 months and loved the hilltop location, convenience and layout. The utility room and rented W&D were great. Also like storage area off the balcony, which makes the balcony smaller, alas. The office staff was fine but sometimes hard to find during business hours. Maintenance was prompt and willing.
The only thing that really bothered me was the squeaky floors, and the uneven floor in my dining room. But it was quite soundproof, I felt safe and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind squeaky floors.
Oh - also, the exteriors need painting and concrete walks need repair, and the landings need to be power-washed. However, the landscaping and flowerbeds and baskets are always kept beautiful, and changed with the seasons. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
