I've lived here for a little while and can't really find anything to complain about. The office staff's exactly what they should be, helpful and nice. Maintence has responded quickly to the few minor problems I've had. The landscaping is kept up regularly. Parking can be a problem at times but there are a few younger couples in the building I live in. The walls must be really thick or I have mice for neighbors because I live in a ground apartment and the only thing I ever hear is water and a seldom squeak or two. The apartments are clean and very spacious for the price. They furnish your hot/cold water and gas.

I've lived at the Summit and honestly I pay less at Bent Tree and enjoy it a whole lot more. The neighbors are wonderful and I've never questioned my safety. The best part about it for me since I have a creative side is that you are allowed to paint/wallpaper/hang do anything you wish. Which makes it feel more like home to me anyway. I'd recommend it to anyone who truly wants a home like setting with no maintence.
