the apartments are adequate, the staff is very friendly and professional

I would have to agree, but still the area is safer than some other areas and convienient. I definitely agree about the pool! That's just ridiculous. It closes on labor day and it's still hot in October here. What is up with that.??? AAA on Maintenance! (Schools are good, too) If that's a factor....

Yeah, I agree. If your main concern is the area, this may be the place for you. But, if you care about any of the things I mentioned in my post, then you wouldn't be happy here.

Not true, price and shape of apartment was very comparable if not better than others closeby. And pools in this area have always only been open Memorial through Labor Day! This is not Florida
