I've lived in nicer apartments, but you'll pay a couple hundred/month more to move it on up in this neighborhood. Also, this is the only one I could find on this side of town that includes a washer & dryer (so they're small, water is free).

As for Phyllis, I've never had a better apt manager. I've locked myself out 3 times now, once around midnight, and she had no problem helping me out.
