Centipedes, Water damage, Mold & Poor maintenence

I have lived in apts. all my life and have never experienced such an awful, poorly maintained complex. The owner does not care about your comfort or well-being. The laundry rooms do not have HOT water. The office manager makes excuses for repairs. All repairs are done half way. I have water coming in my living room soaking the carpet and they have yet to fix it. I have centipedes all over the apartment and mold growing in the air conditioning unit. I was told their were never any bugs and never any water damage. What lies? Do NOT move there you will find you get less than what you pay for.

I had the same experience while living there. The place is terribly managed, and the owner doesn't care about his tenants. I have yet to receive my deposit 6 months after I moved out of the complex.

Good luck EVER getting your deposit back. They're lawyers. They dont part with money... they screw you out of it.

I 100% agree!!!! I have never experienced worse management. You have to make requests for repairs multiple times. Since the day I moved in, there was a problem with my toilet. After requesting several times for maintenance to service it, I come home to see they used MY plunger to plunge the toilet and left it in my bathtub. Needless to say, the problem was not rectified as I am trained in using a plunger. Also, I was told flat out the complex did not have roaches when I called after finding 2 in the hallway. Do not get me started on the centipedes!!!! I was told this was not something they could prevent and the extermination company could not do anything about this. LIE!!! There is mold everywhere and water damage. My baseboards are rotted and the cabinets are so warped you cant store anything. If you ever trusted someone, trust this... DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!!

I have had problems with the centipedes..but they crawl out of the drains, so I don't see how that is the apartments fault...the management is not bad AT ALL..the owner is another thing..I do think he's rude, and the maintenance men do take a while to get to things, but thats the owners fault, he should hire more maintenance ppl..the 2 maintenance men cover 3 different apartment complexes!
