Becoming like section 8, anyone can get in.
Don't plan on parking a nice car here, friendly neighbors will ensure that your doors are the same color as theirs by constantly banging, scratching and denting your car. From teenages selling drugs to having sex in the pool and friends having friend move in to several apartments in one building, the peace has left the complex.
The shine is fading, the types of renters now will drive others away.

I couldn't agree more. Nice as can be to get you in...then it changes. Can not enjoy your apartment for the loud, obnoxious "white trash" they are desperately renting to now. Lived there for several years, the management is a little redneck cliche that shows favoritism and treats tenants very, very badly when as they move on to better living. Expect to be threatened with court to pay for things that are normal wear and tear in an apartment. Maybe the premier apartments once..not now. Glad I moved.

We strive to create a sense of community and maintain rapport with all of our residents. In response to the above comment, we do not charge for normal wear and tear. We encourage a move out inspection with our staff. The move out inspection makes the resident aware of any charges. This is an addendum to my earlier post. I was talking to a coworker of mine about Glade Creek. She had lived there for years, and never had a problem. She encouraged me to check out the property at different times of the day and night, as well as going to look at the model of a rental unit. I did as she suggested, and didn't see any drugs being sold, nor did I see any teenagers behaving inappropriately in the pool. I drove by at different times of the day and night. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff was very nice. I decided to sign a lease with this apartment community, after touring the grounds, the model unit, and speaking with several people that either lived there in the past or currently are residents. They had nothing but nice things to say about Glade Creek. I am looking forward to living at Glade Creek!
