I'm well into my second year here and I still say that this is the best value for your money.

The staff are so nice-every single one of them. Requests for maintenance are handled very quickly. All of the staff are friendly and are very helpful with any concerns you may have. They even sign and hold your packages for you if you aren't at home to receive it.

There really is no noise to speak of so if you work nights or odd hours you will have no problems sleeping.

The grounds are always well kept and the flowers are always so pretty!There is a nice playground, a volleyball court, plenty of outdoor grills and picnic tables, and two pools! The only complaint I have with the grounds is that people sometimes don't pick up after their dogs so watch where you step. The complex does have receptacles along with baggies for dog owners to pick up the mess left but some people just don't do it and that's not the management's fault.

Parking is never a problem and people are pretty good about not dinging the sides of your car. Snow removal is always prompt.

The fireplace and vaulted ceilings are what I really love about my own apartment, but there is a lot here to like.

I'll be living here for several more years to come. I can't say enough about how great this place is!
