We moved into our Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom 1150 sq feet apartment in December. We looked at MANY apartment communities, duplexes, and houses, but after finding Glade Creek we were sold at first sight. Just to make sure we did a little investigating and we visited with the office staff on numerous occasions, visited the complex day, afternoon, night, and late night, to get a feel for what it was like at each time of the day, we viewed the model twice, and the clubhouse and gym as well. Each time we visited the complex was quite, clean, and everyone was friendly.

In December, we were welcomed with open arms by the office staff. There was a treat waiting for us in our apartment. Our apartment had brand new carpet, was freshly painted, looked just as the day they built it. We have a full size washer and dryer, a dishwasher, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a storage unit on the balcony, a monitered alarm system, a garden tub in the master bathroom, overall a very large apartment. We went from a four bedroom house to our two bedroom two bath apartment and are very comfortable.

The one thing that I have noticed is that not all of the other pet owners pick up after their pets. But there are poop specific trash containers and bags provided so there is no excuse for this to be happening.

As far as maintience, we had placed a routine request and the next day it was handled. Very quick response. We let the office know we were not going to be home and a note was left at our door that they had been in our apartment. I really like that they do that.

Noise-There is none!!! You can not hear your neighbors. It's strange. I was so worried that we were going to hear every little thing since we were used to living in a house, but we don't.

Parking-No Problem- There are enough spaces to go around. Even with company.

The Gym- No need for a membership any longer.

Overall, we love it here and highly recommend Glade Creek to anyone looking for LUXURY living. You get what you pay for and I am definatly willing to pay a little extra for quality living and you will find that here.
