Well, if you like having a crackhead die in the apartment next to you, being locked out of your own apartment and finding cigarette ash in the sink when they let you back in a week later when you don't smoke, waking up to the sound of screaming babies, roosters, gunshots, or police sirens, this is the perfect place for you.
If you're not ghetto or insane, you should stay as far away from this place as you can.
