i moved here when i was 18, becasue of this positioning between my college and my girlfriends, not knowing what to expect...

but if you don't mind endless numbers of kids doing anyhting they please from about 9am-2am...i've lived here for over 10 months and my carpets still smell like cigarette smoke, and i've never smoked in here...

i've watched a guy get stabbed multiple times and bleed till an ambulance arrived

the weed/crack dealer below me moved out, so now all these druggies are straying towards my door looking for their fix

also i had my car broken into and 3600 of stuff stolen, they promised to hire a night watchmen service and as far as i know four months later they have done no such thing

and the maintanence is just pure ----. period.

i've had shingles from the roof blowing off onto multple cars, one of them was mine scratching the hood so badly i had to get it fixed up...they still never fixed the roof over 6 months later
