The apartments need to be fixed up. There were roaches everywhere kids screaming and running outside at all hours of the day and night. People were shot there were drug busts. When it snows they will not scrape the snow or ice off the parking lots or the steep entrance hill.When it snowed this winter 2 trees fell down on cars in the parking lot and Laurel Ridge did nothing to move them so the owners of the cars had to move the trees off their cars so they were blocking most of the parking lot because they were heavy trees and we waited for 2 days trying to get the apts. to move them which they never did so we moved it with our suv. The dishwasher never worked and shot water out the side if you tried to run it. They changed the management 3 times in under 2 years and the people at the office don't seem to know what they're doing. If you live on the ground floor you feel like your apartment is going to be broken into and you're never sure if one of the groups of kids hanging around outside are going to break into your car. It's just a horrible place to live and I do NOT reccomend it as a place to live to anyone.
