i lived here from 2003-2004....the water was horrible, the staff NEVER fixed my heat or gave any discount, i went the entire winter heat on 90 and still being freezing cold bacause it rarely cut on. from my window i saw shootings, stabbings, fights, child abuse, drug deals and more than a lifetimes share of police cars and ambulances. i heard my neighbor's kids being thrown into the wall on a regular basis and had my car broken into by the drug dealer in my building. the grounds were never cleaned, its office had no idea what they were doing and barely spoke english. this is the WORST place i've ever lived.

I am SO thankful for this review as well as the others. My husband and I (along with our 18 month old son) rode through there recently, because the monthly rent caught our eye. We can't afford too much right now, so it seemed like the right price for us. However, as soon as we rode through the parking lot and saw the condition of the place, we knew we didn't want to live there. I definitely appreciate the reviews - and just as someone who rode through there, I can tell it's not worth even looking at. I would rather pay a lot more and end up in debt than live there. I have a child to raise and call me crazy, but I am very protective of what goes on in his environment. I'm also not willing to risk my life either - I kind of like living. It makes me angry that there are any places such as this. It's ridiculous! Thanks again for the review! It just confirmed the great decision my husband and I made.
