Sweet and simple...
Black mold, roaches, electrical problems,these items were reported and after 30 days still not addressed. The pool is to small for the amount of people living here. Shower wall caved in...the list goes on.

It's ashame when you have to beg the property management to do something about the bug problem in the community....I mean it wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to live next to neighbors that are dirty pigs!! The insulation in these townhomes are non-existant as this community was built way back in 1971 the windows exterior and appliances are all from the same year....if something is wrong with your appliances and it needs to be replaced...well they take another piece of junk from an empty apartment...they use the borrowing system here in this community. friday and saturday nights here are the worst...cars roll in non-stop cruising for drug scores and they line up by the pool area to smoke their blunts and shoot drugs....Hmmm they say Ferncliff is bad but this place is right behind it.... before you move here you better talk to the residents of the commmunity before you come to a decision to sign a lease....you'll feel sorry! If you're moving from out of state and find this community on apartments.com stay clear of it...go check out glade creek or the pines or even the summit those communiies are much better ran and have more to offer....they might be little more expensive but it's worth it. it's very sad because the townhomes are not actually bad at all...they have ample space but it's not worth all the bad the community has to offer to make it your only reason for living here....
