the pool here in this community is a serious joke. I have never seen a "community" pool run in this manner! Pools in a "community" are run to the convience of the residence, not to the "attentant". The pool is never open, when it does open, those of us who work in the evening can never use it. On hot days it's never open. Why do you have to have an attendant on duty when, you have a sign that says "NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY", when youmove in yousign a paper that states, " when the pool is open, you are responsible for yourself and that the properity is not liable". This community is a big disappointment to me, because it was represented to be a wonderful community. The property is full of trash... the whole community needs a face left... the structures are run down, falling apart. I am going to hate to see my heating bill this winter, because the doors and the stripping are from the 60's and 70's... strom windows are a joke... no seals to see. You can see right out of them. The ONLY updated and maintained setting of homes is the one right next to the office.
