Broken Promises From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We moved here in 2004 seemingly innocent to what actually really does go on here...at first glance from the outside looking in the community looks almost inviting. Believe me when I say this though...the entire place has turned into a ghetto over the last 3 years. Drug selling and using is done out in broad daylight...you'll get nowhere talking with the management of the property about anything...they assume no responsibility for actually renting to these crackheads... load music playing at all hours of the night with no end in sight, they all know in here that complaining to the property manager will result in nothing. Calling the police has become a joke in itself because they know of all the issues with the community but when they come here everything seems to dissapear..and they can't do anything unless they roll up and actually hear the music or see something going on... Sadly good tenants like us get pissed on, they seem to be more intent on leasing out to section 8 potatoheads!!! the maintenance in the community is non-existing, try waiting months to get a toilet fixed in this joint...they claim to have emergncy maintenance...but they deem it an emergency or not and all of their maintenance people live way out in franklin county. We heard many years ago it was a nicer community when it was called kings arms...that was in the 80's though...if you're interested in using the pool you'll have to wait until they feel like opening it up...as there are no real hours that the pool is open...a majority of the time it opens to private parties only and when you to actually get to go into it..well you'll have to share it with about 40-50 screaming non respectful kids that dive into the 3ft part just to make tidal waves of water all over the place...although it clearly states no diving into the pool!! we actually repect the townhouse we live in but many newer residents just use them as a flop house to drink or snork the latest chemical into thier noses.... stay out of here....we warned you!!!
