I have lived here for 13 months and have had no problems with management, maintenance, or neighbors. The complex is more than I expected for $500/mo. and improvements proceed on a regular basis. It`s not the Ritz, but I`m not paying $1000 .

We lived there from 2004- 2007.. I am to understand that it has new management now.. we moved out in Nov. of 2007 ... That was the worst 3 yrs of my life!! The property was horrible. Management had "favorites" and believe me if you weren't in it.. then you got terrible service.. The townhomes are run down and need to be bulldozed!! the a/c and heating in the place is ancient. The exterior is in just as bad shape!! We rode through there the other day and It was the same as when we left. All the upgrades had been stopped!! I'm am only paying $850.00 where we are now. And it's worth the peace and quite, and the staff here is great!!

Northridge is a dump..they can paint the outside..add new roofs and windows but inside is crap with appliances from the 60's in addition they sell drugs out of that place and everyone in town knows it....I'd rather pay an extra $200 a month then have to deal with the bad elements of that community. It's not a place to raise a family. I've lived in New York my entire life before I came to roanoke and it's even worse then living in New York...trashy people live there that have no pride or respect for others. I mean man it's even worse the ferncliff apartments does that say anything???? Maintenance? what's that?? yea if you want to wait 2-3 weeks to get a toilet fixed...we have same day maintenance...stay clear of this joint and don't be fooled by the new paint job.
