we moved into our apt and found out they didnt clean it for us or anything. we have a ground apt next to the laundry room we have people 2am washing clothes our neighbors upstairs are very loud and we complaind they said they cant do anything unless they hear it. they wake my daugther up they startled her so bad she wouldnt sleep in her bassinet anymore. there are people talking out my window at night a car with a loud radio at 2 in the morning and they are renting to trash i mean trash. we have one girl 13 and goes around saying she is pregnant and the pool isnt all that nice needs a diving board. the gym needs new equipment. we have to pay our gas bill each month but it is capped at 45 dollars i can never find parking it is horrible whem you have a newborn and cant find a place to park at night. maitnenance people scare me the staff are nice but play favortisim.

I can agree with your treatment at this complex. I was going to rent there, and as a matter of fact came in to sign my lease.......only to find out AT THE LAST MOMENT, AFTER I GAVE MY NOTICE AT THE CURRENT PLACE I LIVED that they didn't have an apartment after all for me. Apparently the tennant decided to stay. No phone call, no email to notify me. Nice, huh? Needless to say, I did not lease with this apartment complex. The buildings here are exactly like Stonebrook. Paper thin walls, lots of noise. I'm sorry that you live in such a bad apartment.
