I have to agree with previous reviews, I currently live at Pebble Creek and it is not a horrible place to live, but it is not wonderful either. The majority of the office staff is nice, but there are a few in particular that are very rude and disrespectful. The maintenance is horrible here. I have had them in my apartment twice for mold and I haven't lived here six months yet. I also have had them to come into my apartment without notification or approval, and they have let my pet out of the cage as well. The noise here is very typical for an apartment complex, and I do feel safe here, but, I will not be renewing my lease. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I have received. Before signing my lease I was treated with respect and essentially given the "red carpet" treatment, since then I have been repeatedly ignored. I have called the office three times regarding my closet doors, (which were completely inoperable), and it took almost a month before it was fixed. The bathroom walls are stained and it is very obvious that the mold on the bottom of the wall was painted over. I have called the office several times regarding one of dryers in the laundry room, (there are only two), which has been broken since I moved in, and it has yet to be fixed. I have lived in many apartment complexes up and down the east coast, and this is the most poorly managed one that I have come across. Please consider all other options before living here; it should be a last resort.

THANK YOU, I wrote the previous review...and was soo glad (unfortunatly) to see that you to had the same review. I would seriously seriously get ready. They knew I had a dog in there...and when they did my final move out, on the 7th of January, we were told that we did a great job...I even have the pictures we took to prove that we did WAY beyond what was expect to say the least, thats just how I am.....and then by the end of the following week we were called by ------ (I know she isnt there anymore) and told that they pulled up the carpet and found pet stains. I had to pay 350 out of pocket for a urine treatment and found out a little while later from another neighbor that Im good friends with, she was told by seasons cleaning ( I think thats them) that the whole apartment for a 2/2 would be 250$ THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ALMOST MY WHOLE DEPOSIT! Not to mention "they are behing on Gas" by a couple month...and so found out we were paying for someone elses gas when we moved in....and they never reembersed us. They tell you one thing and then backtrack and say no.....I was told I could pay half of the money owed on April 1st.....but last wednesday I was told that if we didnt have the money in they would get a warent and a court order to get it. I was like, "You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME". Needless to say...I have told ALL my friends in Roanoke NOT TO RENT FROM PEBBLE CREEEK. They are AWFUL. The Stains in the bathroom if you really really cant handle it...Lysol Mildew removal (Although stings my nose from the smell) gets rid of it....around the tub (INSIDE the BASIN and WALL)...I pulled the caulking off to find they just caulked over MOLD and I did a straight bleach treatment and then just did that every two weeks. I have a two year old little boy so with the mold on the windows I did the same, and then just put a towel down on the sill so that the towel absorbed the water coming off the windows. I hope they work for you while you are there....and Im soo Terribly sorry that you have to deal with the crap. Maybe together and our reviews.....we can actually open their eyes to how they manage their place. AND/OR keep people out of there and make them go under..hahahahahaha:-)
