We are glad to be leaving in a month. Rented the apt. on-line from out of state. The apartments interior was the biggest disappointment. The buildings are 30 yrs. old and in serious need of some upgrades. There is no insulation and the noise is ridiculous. Mold is a problem as well. The cable has not even been installed in the walls yet, and instead run under the carpets. Your monthly gas bill is determined by apt. size. Ours has now increased to 58.00 a mth.for a 3bdrm. The property grounds are amazing, the apts., not so much! Keep Looking!
