Peters Creek Apts are becoming the ghetto of North Roanoke Co. The management refuses to do anything about the issues that plague the complex. Management makes rules for the complex and then lets the children of the area do what they want. Kids from the city come in and hang out and cause problems w/ residents.

You should think about what you really need in rental.I asked for things to be repaired they were only bubblegum together . Several times I asked for them to be fixed again .......I was asked why do they keep breaking. The repair people knock on the door several times if you are asleep they come right in with their keys ...yes to repair but what if you are in shower. I asked and I was told keep your bedroom door lock if you need repairs done . They will come in !!!!! So over all its a cute place . A little run down but they are great till you need something then you are like a problem to them to ask . Last thing " Do things right and maybe you will not have to keep coming back to fix 1 time 5 times.

You have to expect some interuptions at an apartment complex. I have lived here for over a year and have no probelms. Technically you give them permission to enter your apartment when you request a work order. Can you imagine how long it would take to get all work orders done if they had to wait for each persons conveience. Whether you were asleep or not I'm sure it was during appropriate hours. Maybe you should think about how it would be on the other end of the stick sometimes. I am very happy with my apartment and the staff at Peters Creek.
