Sunscape Apartments

Would not recommend...FLOODS! BOGUS CHARGES From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I would not recommed Sunscape Apts. I was a resident from 2001 to 2004. I would have moved sooner, however; working and finishing school left little money to go elsewhere. My apartment was in okay shape, little insulation...in the winter my electric bill was $110.00 !!! and the thermostat was at 66. The walls are paper thin. Pest control is another issue...stepping over roaches to get your mail will give you the creepy crawlies. The office staff was rude and short. They would often call by the 4th of the month to ask where rent was...its not late till the 5th. And they hound you if you drop off at 5:01. Maintenance is okay. They try. They lawns are kept neat, parking is a nightmare. BEWARE of the 1st floor...twice in 3yrs it had to be evacuated due to flooding. Moving out is a nightmare...a 2 page checkout sheet, then they willsock bogus damage charges...hundreds of dollars...just think twice before moving is here
