I recently moved into Sunscape Apartments and am happy with everything to date. The grounds are impeccable, the landscaping is lovely and the view is marvelous. Though I know I'm not the first to occupy this apartment, you can't tell. The entire apartment looks brand new, spotless and extremely well maintained. I've not had any problems and look forward to many years of happy living here.

You must have moved into my old apartment. It looks nice because I left it in impeccable condition. But they kept my deposit anyhow.
