let me say I payed the usual application and deposit fee for an apartmant at the summit for August. however during the course of time my family got a better place and we requested for deposit refund. sad to say the manager at the summit refused to refund our money. I really wonder how they can just feel good with whats not theirs' I am disappointed that they decieded to stay with my money even though I did not move in at the summit. its not a place I will recomend for someone to stay at.
