It was very noisy, loud neighbors, it floods frequently there . When we there it flooded twice. In 2003 and in 2004 and 1985 and other times.It is like a Big Soap Opera over there. Everyone talks about everyone, backstabs, causes trouble. Office does give out your personal information.No confidentiality THERE. Maintenance is awful it takes weeks sometimes months before anything gets fixed. Sometimes never , there was a time when a situation came up it never was fixed we were on them 6 months. There are those few tenants that live there that KISS UP and get what they want, or either they wine about it, or have to have a TV spot.Parking was awful over there, you would think that people had assigned parking places. It was too much DRAMA over there.The police were called all the time over there.The rent was not bad, we finally came to our senses and bought a house, because we could not afford to move the times it flooded in 2003 and 2004.All I can say is Be aware of who your neighbors are.It is not well lit in some areas.
