When I moved in, this was a wonderful place to live, management and maintainance was great. But not anymore, except for Stacy Anderson, the staff is awful and maintainance does not have a clue as to what they are doing. And they take days (48 hrs or more) to get to your problem, no matter what it is. Parking is another story. If you get home early, by 6pm, you stand a chance of parking close to where you live but if you are later or go back out, forget it. You will have a nice hike home. They refuse to address the issue saying there is nothing they can do. Funny other complexes in other areas seem to be able to solve parking issues.

The front gates, which they boost about in ads, NEVER work!

On a scale of 1-10, this place used to be a 10 but now is no more than a 1 or 2. Beware if you are looking at other properties in the area also, this management company also runs Kilburn Crossing, Townsend, and Fall Hill that I'm aware of.
