Maintenance comes in without adequate warning; maintenance uses vacant apartments for their own use; communication with rental office personnel vague and management doesn't provide documentation when called; paper-thin walls allows multiple complaints from tenant to tenant.

You must have loud neighbors... I do agree on the maintenence coming in without adequate warning, though. I didn't even have time to get dressed when they came for inspection for the fire alarms or whatever at 9:00 in the morning, and I yelled "just a sec" and they still came in. |
