Great Apartments, Horrible Staff

The apartments themselves are pretty well made, generaly clean, and have nice amenities. The area is nice and there are lots of parking spots.
Unfortunately, the staff are HORRIBLE. They're great until you sign your lease. Once you sign your lease, they won't return phone calls, maintenance doesn't fix stuff, staff change policies on a whim and don't inform residents. Absolutely the most horrible management of a facility that I've ever seen.
