My husband and I have lived in Brittney Commons Apartments for 10 months now and are terminating our lease early due to all of the problems in which we have faces. When we first moved in the outlets sparked when you plugged anything in and it took maintenance three weeks to come and look at it and make up some excuse as to why it was sparking (this is all after one of the apartment buildings burnt to the ground and you would think that they would have learned). We have had numerous other problems such as a water heater leak (well flood) that flooded our master bedroom and ruined our furniture that maintenance wasn't very receptive about the whole situation and our master bedroom was in disarray for a week in a half. Our heating and cooling unit also went out in December and it took them until the end of February to fix it. Don't move into Brittany Commons unless you don't care for any of your own things and want the stress of a poorly managed "luxury apartment". AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

this place really does suck. My wife and I moved in march 2008. It is now june 08. Are cars have been towed twice,($150) each time. Our a/c freezes up all the time. They failed to mention when we moved in that our appartments back porch faces all the construction, you just couldn't see it because of the trees. You have to pay $25 extra to use the pool. you have to pay $25 extra to use the gym too. (50) for ammenities that would be included even in the slums. This place is a nightmare. I highly reccomend you STAY AWAY FROM BRITTANY COMMONS. Also the management are the worst to deal with. They also seem so uppity and never want to help. Maintenance also walked into our appartment at 10:30 pm without knocking. Horrible
