Their staff is the WORST and do not cooperate with you. They charge you late fees even if it s their fault when turning in your rent on time. They are not responsive and their staff does not know how to answer simple questions about your contract.
The gate half of the time works, the machines in the weight room work half of the time as well as the computer room. Parking is horrible in the evening and night. Some cars are there for months without being moved.
When you try to resolve an issue with them, not responsive and not knowledgable.
It takes a month or two to get any issue resolved, even after showing proof with paper work.
If you want to save yourself some grief, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ARCHSTONE!!! The entire complex is a rip-off, with the worst service out there!!!!
