I don't live near Saratoga Apartments (the most honest truth in a long while)...actually, I'm getting ready to move to DC area in the summer. While shopping around, I was impress with the overall score... 63 reviews at 94% just amazing!! UNTIL I started reading the reviews. WHY IS THE MANAGEMENT WRITING THEIR OWN REVIEWS' I bet my career that 70% of those reviews are not made from tenants. The suspicion started in April 14, 2008... one sentence 5 out of 5 stars on everything. After that... 15 April- 4 perfect reviews, Jan 5 09- 3, next day 4, Jan 16- 6, and Jan 19- 4. All perfect reviews with few sentences... cut and paste a couple of times... living there 2009-2009... similar names... same weird typing (Qjddkdk)... most of them talking about the management like they are perfect!
Hopefully they are... but there is something really wrong with the mimicking reviews.
Can a real tenant write a honest review for ones' Like I tell my workers... don't -------- the -----------!! If you are lying... make it more believable.
Please Saratoga Square Apartments staff... feel free to comment on my remarks.

Thank you for your honestly. I truly appreciate your review. I fully agree, she is doing more harm than good. I rather see 3 reviews from honest tenants than 100 of "wannabes" talking highly of one manager giving everything a perfect score.

Yes, like you said she is doing more harm than good. But I must agree I think there is one lady here at the office that could be doing that. Not -------thought, she is a sweetheart and will go way out of her way to make you happy. Like I said I caught one of the other ladies lying to me so I would not put it past her. The place is great though but expensive being that alot of other places have lowered their rent. I think Saratoga should do the same or I think they might start losing tenants.

The residents are surveyed and encouraged to post their reviews on this site. --------------, Assistant Manager and Eduardo Caballero, Maintenance Supervisor, has earned these positive comments through hard work and dedication to superior customer service. To the original poster: I appreciate your initial skepticism. 94% is pretty amazing given the competition but I can assure you that we have earned it! Searching for a home from out of area is difficult. We do offer a 30 day guarantee to anyone who moves in without viewing an apartment home first. I encourage you to call or set up an appointment to visit the property so that your experience may be first hand. Currently we have one apartment available for mid May. To the second poster: -------is my right hand. We are a small office of three. She is our Community Captain and "The Heart" of Saratoga Square. If it seems as though most of the comments are directed towards her it is because she wears the hat of not only Assistant Manager but Leasing Associate, Bookkeeper, Crisis Manager and Welcome Wagon! That is a lie, we lived there and we were never asked any such thing. I will agree Eduardo was super though. We were never surveyed or encouraged to post to this site. That is just not the truth, sorry.
