I have only lived here about two months. I questioned parking as I prepared to move in and I was assured there weren't any problems. Now they are threatening to tow cars after ten. They have parking passes available to guests only during office hours and they want license plates. Basically, NO unexpected guests for me after 5 or 6pm unless they're gone by 10pm. I have contacted the office several times, but they couldn't care less. I have even offered viable solutions that I have seen at other apartments. The maintenance staff is great, but the ol'reliables were here prior to new management. My newest neighbors have about 6 people living in a two bedroom apartment and thats not the first I've heard of it in this complex.
