Not a good buy

I have lived in the complex for the past eight months. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive until you paid up. As we were shown a model instead of the actual apartment, we were shocked at the difference in how well the model showed versus the actual apartment. The apartment was NOT in move in condition - the walls had been spot painted with very cheap paint, the carpet needed replacing, the vertical blinds were extremely filthy as they had not been replaced from the previous tenant, electrical outlets don?t work, the burner plates on the stove hadn?t been replaced, and the appliances are well past their prime. That includes the a/c and heating units which are falling apart. When we began to complain, the attentiveness that we were shown prior to moving in, totally disappeared. Other issues include parking, the number of people occupying an apartment, resident noise level, pet owners not cleaning up after pets and parking passes for visitors after hours.
The only good things I can say about the complex are that the location to shopping and bus routes, etc. is good and the size of the apartments is good.
Overall, I think the price is too high considering you have to pay all utilities including water, gas, heat and electric.
